i was happy with hotel's marvellous location outside downtown. the triple room was immaculately clean and brand-new with a view, so that guests had essentials. a hair dryer and bath sheets were very handy.

This place offers a nicely furnished room with a large size, a beautiful view of Kirkjufell mountain, WiFi, a kitchenette area, and two large windows, which is always a bonus.

it made our trip to grundarfjordur a really nice experience. the hotel was impeccably clean and fully equipped, had great views of the mountain. the staff was amiable and gave some great recommendations. we had a pretty nice bedroom. liked food selection, meals were good and they have a lot of options.

The hotel in Grundarfjordur was a great experience. It was very clean, cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were fantastic with comfortable beds and the building itself was beautiful. Plus, there was a lot of delicious food available.

Best stay in Iceland! We traveled around for 12 days and this guesthouse was by far the best. The value was unmatched, the rooms were spotless, and the views of Kirkjufell were breathtaking. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just a short walk to the town center. The kitchen was fully equipped, complete with complimentary fruits and condiments. We even had access to a laundry room stocked with all the necessary detergents. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond our expectations. They even brought us cakes and sat down for coffee and conversation. They gave us helpful tips and even taught us how to drive on slippery roads. Highly recommended!
